Don't give up if you have been ripped off by Northern Leasing. There is currently a class action suit and I can assure they we are working very hard to ensure justice for all.
I can't really go in to detail here but you can follow the case by logging on to the website for the New York courts. The case number is 101059. You can also access this suit by typing in Northern Leasing as the defendant.
We are represented by Krishnan Chittur. He has done a wonderful job. I can assure you we will NOT give up! Also, Attorney General Jay Nixon of Missouri has prosecuted and gotten a guilty verdict. They did not have to pay much but part of the order was for Northern to remove any negative information from the victims credit file.
If you have negative information on your credit file due to an entry by Northern Leasing, DEMAND, that it be removed immediately. They have been ordered to do so!
