Clean Coal Technologies Inc.
This company has been touting there stock and share holder have been selling there stock to other share holders that are being solicited the stock by people like Hugh Evan Hamilton of Palm Beach Florida and others whom received stock from share holders to have buyers of the stock be in a position to lose all there money. He is out soliciting the stock as an unauthorized broker dealer and is committing SECURITIES FRAUD.
The company has ZERO revenues but less then 2 weeks ago had a 5 billion dollar market cap. That's strange! The company has not even finished building what they say can clean coal to a grade of using it as another means of alternative energy. That's strange! They have a purposive contract from the Chinese Government to build a 100 million dollar plant (what credibility does the Chinese Government have? (LOL)
This is a losing proposition. Watch out investors. No product. No revenue. This is silly to think this company has anything but a some what good business plan that coned investors to place seed money or is it they are all in a scam together. If you get a call from Mr. Hugh Hamilton or any other people asking you to buy stock in this company contact your local broker or call the S.E. C and ask there opinion.
