As a Mortgage Broker in new York, I look for ways to help my clients, and after comming across RCA Credit and speaking to them by phone, listening to all of their promises, and guarantees, I recommended them to a couple of my clients, We paid them almost $10,000.00, for different clients, contracts were signed, and we waited, 30 days no change in credit reports, 45 days, no change, I tried to contact them, but no answer, no return phone calls, I sent e-mails, nothing, finally I got an e-mail, from mr rick crosby, stating that all the transactions were completed, but it could take up to 1 year for it to appear on your credit report, anyone who has ever gotten a new credit card or bought a car knows that it takes a max of 2 cycles, 60 days for it to show up on your credit report, its been 8 months and counting, this company is a fraud, Rick Crosby is a thief, he even sent me an e-mail saying that i charged back my credit cards, Funny... Mr Crosby, I have copies of all e-mails, paid checks and credit card transactions, maybe you thought that you beat me, since I had to pay back all my clients, You will be prosecuted, I am working with the Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, however I don't want to sue you, I am pressing criminal charges against you for Grand Larceny, I believe that its a c-Felony, for each case, it adds up to a couple of years and a lot in legal fees, If there is any one else that has been robed by this crook, please contact me so that we can put all these cases together. Maybe send this guy away for a while. (ask your lawyer about piercing the corporate veil)
