Hello RCA Consumers,
After coming across www.rcacredit.com and reading the information on their site, I decided to leave my contact info for someone to call me with further details. I was then contacted by Mr. Brady Wellington of RCA Credit Services and was told that they could add seasoned credit accounts to my credit report and they would increase my credit score by at least 140 points. RCA Credit Services promises their consumers that they can boost FICO scores not by removing the negative accounts, but by piggy-backing positive accounts of seasoned credit onto your credit report by adding you as an 'authorized user' to existing accounts that they have established.
After speaking to RCA Credit Services by phone, listening to all of the promises, and guarantees; I decided to give it a try. On January 07 I sent Mr. Brady Wellington of RCA Credit Services $1,480 by bank wire transfer for the so-called Platinum: 3 Credit Line Combo' to help rebuild my credit. Mr. Brady Wellington stated that it was supposed to take 45-90 days for the seasoned positive credit accounts to appear on my credit report. I waited 45 days, no change, I contacted them and I was told to wait a couple of weeks and the credit accounts would be posted. I got an e-mail from Mr. Brady Wellington on February 11, stating that all the transactions were completed, but it could take up to a year for the credit accounts to appear on my credit report, anyone who has ever gotten a new credit card or bought a car knows that it takes a max of 2 cycles, 60 days for brand new accounts to show up on your credit report, its been 3 months and counting.
After reading the consumer complaintss on this company, the credit accounts probably will never be reported on my credit report. This guy also asked for my credit report as well, so he has my personal information which could cause identity fraud and theft. I've only talked to one representative from this company and his name is Brady Wellington.
BUT..
Here's the interesting part, I recently asked for a refund. I was told by Mr. Brady Wellington of RCA Credit that I could not have a refund. Brady Wellington told me before I had decided to sign up for this service that there was a money back guarantee.
Any respectable and decent business would offer your money back if the consumer is not happy with their service. Also, if RCA Credit had so many clients and accounts they shouldn't have any problem giving me back my $1,480. But, the problem is that RCA Credit does not have thousands or hundreds of clients they only have a few people that fall for the scam each year. What Brady doesn't know is that I have him on tape. Georgia is a One-Party State I wouldn't have to inform him that I was recording him over the phone, only one person would have to know. So, I have him on tape stating that he would give me back my money if the service was not working.
Next, I plan on going to civil court with them very soon. I never signed an agreement everything was verbally agreed over the phone. Brady Wellington stated that he had my signature on a confirmation agreement, but I never signed anything. If he remembers, he did send me a confirmation agreement to my email with the wrong personal and contact information, which I never signed. I still have that email with the attachment in my inbox from RCA Credit Services. I would never sign anything that has wrong information about me on it; also not only did it have wrong information, but it has the wrong price on it as well. I only paid $1,480 for services and the confirmation agreement states $1,500. I have my bank wire transfer receipt which states $1,480 not $1,500.
I even have a confirmation email from Brady stating that he had received payment, so that would confirm that there wasn't any misunderstanding or error in payment and that we verbally agreed to this price and everything else. I will make sure that I bring my laptop to court so that the judge can log onto my email account to verify the information and so that he can compare it to whatever Brady is stating that he has. Once the judge verifies that the confirmation agreement, signature, and price that is stated on the agreement are false and don't match up I am going to press criminal charges against them.
I'm sure that my court case will be successful because I have all my documents, witnesses and I was even able to contact another victim of this company who has agreed to help, which was very hard and grueling since I only had your first name and job description.
So, future consumers take your time when getting involved with businesses because there are a lot of criminals and scam artists who like to take advantage of good hard-working people.
