Unable to close my account!

I've an excellent puppy I acquired this past year (not from PetsUnlimited) and am not able to quit my PetsUnlimited consideration. I've attempted by telephone, they send me (a saving) to complete it by pc and that I am not able to enter my bill. I've attempted each month for just one year today to prevent this PetsUnlimited consideration. I'm not able to contact anybody personally or abandon any concept...
