I have been a member for a couple of years. When I started with them I paid a set amount for a year of service. My membership lapsed for a few months, so I renewed for the set amount for the year. But was unable to access my webpage or ad. Tried to contact company but no response. Then tried to access again and the site said they were launching new format and it would be available soon.
Once it was launched everything was messed up. It said I was grandfathered in as basic Free member. Ad and website was all jumbled up couldn't even read. Tried to contact again no response. Noticed a charge on my bank statement for petsunlimited. Thought it odd because I had paid for yearly ad 3 months before. Then went back and noticed I had been charged $30. Every month since my renewal. But on this new site it said I was free basic member.
Tried to contact again. Finally got a computer generated response telling me to read terms page and if I wanted to unsubscribe do so. Then recieved computer generated respose resolved statement.
Feeling nothing had been resolved I tried to contact again stating the term page now is different from the term page I had aggreed to and I was not free or basic because I was being charged $30. A month for what I agreed to pay for the year.
No response. So I canceled my membership. Now, one month later PETSUNLIMITED has taken another $30. From my account for my unsubscribed free basic membership.
What can a person to to stop this kind of scam?
