I discovered in my Bank of America Visa card monthly statements that I was being charged membership fee in a Web-based company called www.petsunlimited.com.
I've made several attempts to contact this company, and the only way one can do it is via their purported "Live Support" present at their Web site, which does not work as advertised.in lieu of the "Live Support", the Web site redirects all inquiries to an email option, which I have used several times to send them emails asking for an explanation concerning their charges and by what method they acquired my credit card number. To date, www.petsunlimited.com have not replied to any of my emails.
I've never purchased anything from this company, nor have I authorized them to charge me a "membership" fee. I live in Florida and whatever services they provide are not pertinent to my needs. The site looks fraudulent and designed to trap individuals into proving them with name, address and credit card number, etc.
