I was contacted by this company on a account that had gone past the seven year limitation for it to be posted on my credit report. Well to keep my credit report clean and not have a reaged account on it I contactd this company by e-mail stating that I would make payments on this old account as long as they would keep any neg-reporting on my report and they abide by the laws set down on contacting me on this account. As of this date they have yet to contact me to arrange repayment. However I check my credit report monthly and have alerts set and behold here this company is making inquiries on my Trans Union report for no reason. Then I come to this web site (ripoff report) and low and behold there are others having the same trouble with this company. Help us someone!
