1) failed to send me a written notice about a cd maturing-made one phone call-i'm notorious about not calling back promptly on things-next thing I know my cd is rolled over and can't be touched at a bad rate
2) this caused cash flow problems leading to overdraws—how about $330. Overdraw fee, one day $264. Next day $165.00. (Note: no matter how many out of town checks you deposit on a given day, they will only give you credit for up to $100.00 on that day til they all clear.)
3) while I'm struggling to get my head above water on the fees, they call and tell me I really should get a home equity line of credit to help me with my overdraws.
4) I have a credit union that charges only $20 per overdraw - perhaps it is time for a change!
