Here is the deal, well it sounds to be a mirror image of all others I have read with only one exception... I did this with the intent to see just what a scam they were operating.
First I took $300.00, as you know the first payment due of $90.00, w / the balance remaining at $390.00. Then we come to the second in the series of $90.00, now I have paid $180.00 and the balance is still $390.00.
So I send 1st email and received a canned response, I send 2nd email again a canned response, I now send 3rd email stating clearly that I indeed had a higher level of intellect that then CS individual hitting the respond button. I now receive a semi intellegent response but again not what I wanted to hear, so I follow up with a 4th email outlining the debit and credit process and just what I new I owed based on math 101.
Alas, I receive a call from a real scam artist describing just how the loan works. Apparently fine print is written in invisable ink and they certainly target the less than fortunate who take this loan in dire straights.
The deal is they will remain to take the $90.00 every two weeks and in my case the balance will always and forever remain $390.00 unless you pay it off in full. Now they would not let me pay it off today, I have the money but they said I must wait until the next due date.
So for those of you who have stated there is no means of contacting these people there is, be persistant in your emails, don't take the canned responses as the end of the road but the begining of your quest.
