Back in Nov. 2007 my husband got a $300 loan from usfastcash. The contract said the repayment amount would be $390. They started taking $90 every two weeks. Then they would take $110 in two amounts.
They have alredy taken $830 and say $130 is still owed. My husband called them 2 weeks ago about all the money they had already taken. They said there was either a monthly fee or a payment fee of $90 for every payment.
He got mad and told them to take the full amount owed, which was $195 at that time. They said they had to send him a paper to sign and return for them to do this. They never sent the paper.
So, they just took $95 today and his account shows he still owes $130. So there is at least another $30 added already. This is a huge ripoff scam. I wish someone could shut them down. I sent them emails with no response except for one to call them.
I sent them another email today demanding the paper to sign to pay it off and get it done. I bet they still won't send it just to get more money. I am going to read the contract again and really read the fine print. This is rediculous. They need to be stopped.
