1. The "Free Logo" isnt free. You need to give them a credit card before they start your work. They deduct the full amount right away.
2. They are clearly overseas and just pretending to be an American company. You only hear from them in the early early AM hours (1 AM - 4 AM) and the phone number never actually works (please try it.) It just goes to an automated messages that says we are currently unavailable to take your call. Try emailing us instead.
3. The logo was awful. Clearly clip art. Clearly just a machine taking triggered keywords and putting the text and image together. I sent over an image of what I was looking for... They sent over something completely different... And then forgot part of my company title.
4. I asked for a refund. I got a canned email that said "Our small company has already spent the money on our artists. Let us try again."
5. I asked for them to stop working and just give me my "free" refund. They sent me the same canned response 4 times. All stating "We are sorry you werent happy. We will try again immediately."
