The blood suckers at landauction.com have retained all monies paid as liquidated damages. These slimeballs are still mailing me and have a please contact us for PAYOFFF Client: NRL East, LLC and of the two letters one says i owe $396 and the other one says something about foreclosure action and i'll lose my property. And has an amount of $272.70. These slimeballs are just arbitrarily making numbers up and will try and squeeze every last drop of money out of their victims. Screw em.
