These morons, liars, money beggars and frauds put an illegal freeze on my bank account without my knowledge and sent me phony legal paper work stating that they restrained it. This has happened to me once before with Eltman and Cooper another bottom feeder collection agency to avoid and W&A is the worst too! I was told in order to get it removed I would have to send 3 months worth of my bank statements so I did but regrettably just so that they could see I get social security deposits which show on there.
I yelled at them to remove it immediately or I will take legal action against them which I am now planning to do. They said it would take up to 7 days for them to review it and have it removed but I'm scared that they are lying about it and that it won't ever get removed! I need a consumer rights attorney to get a litigation and a class action lawsuit filed against them. This was for an old debt for an FCNB Mastercard that no longer exists from 1998. It is far way past the statute of limitations and once these criminals went to my house without consulting me or security and handed me a notice from the court stating I owed this money. Well to this day, I feel that I'm wrongly accused and I don't owe this money and I've been robbed and want the levy lifted off my account but don't know how to go about it. Someone please help!!! And let's file a litigation class action suit against these frauds before they put another bank levy on others! These thieves don't care about the FCRA or the law and they should be punished!!!
