Ameriquest/citi residential is threating to foreclose saying i'm back on payments when i'm not, when i send them a payment they want over 172.00 extra, because they say its for taxes & ins. Which have already been paid and have been every year for 12 yrs. Now! My husband died 2 yrs ago and ever since that they harrass me, they even send papers to him after i gave them a copy of the death certificate, i am very upset & stessed over this, i went as far as hiring an attorney to stop the harrassment but they are still doing it, and said they will take my home, i don't know what else to do, please help!!!
