I approached them in December after I found, upon researching my online declaration, that somebody had committed fraud using my card. I named them instantly and five times again to no avail. Recently on February 8th, 4 weeks later, somebody eventually named me in the Scam Division who had been totally unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and he or she might care less that I had been a target of any fraud breach. Not just that, she put the deceptive charges back on my consideration since "used to donot react in a regular way" in the centre of the vacation period (notice dated 12/15!!) after I was from the nation! Are you kidding me? Exactly why is it the target proceeds to perform their butt off attempting to clear another personis error? In the centre of of the, my spouseis mom died throughout the vacations so when I discussed this together detailing my currently consumed with stress scenario, no apology or something was provided. This obviously displays their complete and total insufficient professionalism not to mention humanitarianism.
While this happened in my experience years back with American Express, it had been solved within twenty four hours as well as their CSRis were the apex of accurate and caring workers. Pity on Credit One. I really hope they're going out-of company prior to the end of 2008.
