Cic-Ce Credit Report

I'm incorporating this towards the listing of several grievances about that same organization, "cic-ce credit history" that's billed my card $12.95 without my authorization and without my understanding. I named the charge card organization, "Mio", attempted to describe for them concerning the listing of grievances on the web plus they stated I'd need to delay thirty days, and challenge the cost and also to get my cash back. I want this cash at this time! So what can we do about these injustices?! Thanks
