I received video in the mail, but because of my busy work schedule, I never had time to opened video and watch it. I never agreed to participate in the program, but am being charged a monthly fee of $29.95. I have no idea was the charge is for and I still have not opened the video and do not want to continue paying for something I didn't agree to.
