Money was transferred onto my emerald card and everything was great. When I 1st used the card it went well. After using it for the 3rd time in one day it was declined. Someone doubled charged my card. So called the Customer Service and the hold time was about 30mins sometimes I can't get through to any Reps. After serveral attempts I finally get through and find out that a restuarant double charged my card. So I called and go to the place and their records show only one transaction was made. So I called the Customer Service back and I can't get through at all. They keep charging me $2 to speak with a LIVE PERSON! I just want my money back and all I can say is DON NOT USE THIS CARD!!
