This company contacted me stating that their card would help raise my credit score I paid them $149 and they have been taking $30 every three months from my personal checking account

This company contacted my home stating that their card would help raise my credit score. They charged me$149 for the card. I was under the impression that it was some type of prepaid card, but I was mislead by a fast talking customer service representative. I paid them with a personal check, and they have been taking $30 every three months from my account for NOT using their services. When I tried cancelling the service within the fist thirty days of receiving the card in the mail, they told me that I could only get $50 of my money back instead of what I paid. The representative I spoke with assured me that taking advantage of their service would creatly benefit my credit, so I agreed to give them a chance. Well, I haven't been able to find a website to order something from their catalog, so I called their customer service number on the back of my card, but it took all of three hours for me to reach someone. Then the representative was extremely rude, and I just called to see if they had a website or if they could send out a catalog, so that I wouldn't keep getting charged for NOT using the service. Iasked the represetative how much it would cost to cancel the service at this point, and she said it would cost $39, and they had just withdrew $30 from my account without warning or my authorization. So I asked If I could apply the $30 they took toward my cancellation fee, and she told me No that I would have to pay the full amount. I received the World of Products catalog and I'm not interested in any of the products. Even at this moment I'm trying to contact the company to cancel the service and I've been waiting on the phone since 9am and it is now10:15 and I'm still waiting. I would just like this to end, they keep taking my money and I want it to stop. They also sent me a letter withtheir address and a bogus phone number on it. The number on the back of the card for customer service that I'm currently waiting to speak with someone at is 18664026460.
