Consumer Credit Services (CCS)
Ripoff and a SCAM

Here is the deal, you get a card, you call to activate, they tell you that you can use the card anywhere. The material you get is a catalog as well as a Credit Card Agreement made on a cheap copier. You can't even read the damn thing. I cancelled the card a few months later, in Aug. I couldn't really use it, and did not have the time to call their number, just to find that they are always busy with someone. On May 4th, I check my online bank statement to find that they have charged me $99.00, exactly one year from the time I activated. I had already canceled the card. When I call them, I find a man answer the phone (ONE WHO CAN'T SEEM TO READ THEIR PROMPT RIGHT). He says to leave my phone number and name so they can call me back because all of their People are busy (again). No call back, today is the 8th. WTF!!! I would like to know why I can't call and ask why the hell they are charging my checking account again. Hell, I don't even get a catalog anymore, and I haven't since I got the service back in MAY. The website that is on all their publications (which you get in the mail), doesn't even work. Its www.crsshoppingclub.com. You can't seem to get anyone to talk on the phone with you for anything. I even called at the minute they open their customer service and to no avail. So you tell me if you are gonna order from them. They send a card that says 1st National Card. They fall under the name THE CRS SHOPPING NETWORK. They catalog is crap, and has nothing you want on it. SamuelOklahoma City, Oklahoma
