Talked with chase about refinancing, I decided to wait and they put it through anyway

Called Chase bank about refinancing our loan with them, and went over everything, I was told at first the fees were $395.00. After hanging up, I called write back and asked how much the total fees were and he said $1,450.
I then said I wanted to wait until Monday, (this was on a friday). I then called write back again and said I wanted to check a few other banks first.

Called again on Monday and left a message, "Do not put the refinance through until you hear from me". Tuesday get a call from the appraisal company wanting to come and appraise the house, I tell them I cancelled the refinance. Call a supervisor on Tuesday at Chase, tell him I do not want to go through with this refinance.

Call again on Wednesday, Chase will not answer, I am on hold for 23 minutes. Finally call Devin (the one I was dealing with) and he will not answer also. Leave another message, I do not want to refinance at this time! Do not move forward unless you hear from me.
Sat. Receive paperwork in the mail from chase. $395.00 is withdrawn from our bank account!
