Does anyone know HOW to get INTO Wilshire's website to gain access loan information? I'm in the process of refinancing and have been checking my account frequently to make sure my payments are being credited and keeping an eye on the balance. It seems that they changed their web address and website beginning of the year and since then I am unable to check my info... A pop up message states my account is blocked and I have no access. I even tried starting another account.
When I checked in November I had to make another password/username - which is something that they request ever couple of months. We are less than 30 days away from closing and I want to make sure my balance owe is what it is and not what THEY want it to be!
I smell a rat that's getting larger and larger!!
