Received a phone call asking to speak to my mother who has been dead 2 years. NCO said they had my phone number on record. I asked how they got my phone number and was told they had a skip search program.
When I asked for their corporate phone number was told they could not give me that information due to the personal nature of it.
My mother did not live anywhere near me, how did they get my number.
