I called to pay my daughters fines. I oked them to debit my account for $253.13. They took 503.26 out of my account. I called them they said they released it back to me and it would be back in my account the following day. O called them the next afternoon to find out why it was not there. I got hung up on, put on hold and when they did talk to me I couldn't get a word over them. They WOULD NOT let me talk or listen to me AT ALL!!! This was my house payment and water bill money that they took from my account. It has posted to my account so I know they have the money. I have phone bills and account records printed to prove the took the money from my account.
