This company disguised the monthly charges and led the consumer to believe they were purchasing an e-bay how-to cd disk for a one time charge of $1.99.
Also Commerce banks 800 customer service representative I spoke with failed to assist me by informing me of all my options. I was told i had to physically come to a branch and fill out E-forms disputing the charges and that until I did this the bank was unable to stop the company from accessing my account even though I instructed the commerce rep to do so.
I later found out that the bank rep should have offered to send the E-forms to me and/or asked me if I wanted to close the account temporarily until a new account and card could be opened and issued, which would have caused any attempts to access my checking account to fail.
In summary and due to Commerce banks 1 800 customer service reps inadequate explanation informing me of all the options available to me to ensure my account would not be accessible to this company my account was charged a total of over $200.00.
