I paid for a card loaded with $70 dollars Nov. 7th and have yet to recieve my card. I activated it online and after all the time I spent doing so, I recieved an error. I tried again multiple times all with the same result.
I try to call their customer support, but each option I choose has me give give an account # (Which I dont have) so I have to enter my SS # and I recieve a message telling me my activation is still under review and then it hangs up. Why cant I get anyone to help with this situation? This Company is a joke!
I regret ever buying this card and will do everything I can to get back my money these thieves have taken from me. This is the worst service I have ever dealt with and that's saying alot.
