Bay Area Business Council are a bunch of frauds, In June I recieved a call explaining that my credit could be restored with this supposed $2000 MasterCard, All I would pay would be a $200 fee to recieve the package (check by phone) so once the $200 dollars was withdrawn I assumed I would recieve my card within weeks, after 6 weeks of waiting I did call 1 800 339 1392 after a 40 min wait on hold I asked where was my card, only to find out that the card was somewhat secured, meaning I had to give them the $2000 in order to be able to use the card.
This was not what was explained to me. The operator and I listened to the phone conversation that I had, and he also admitted that card was "misrepresented" I asked for a refund, and he said he would send the necessary paperwork to me.
Once I recieved the refund form I returned it now 2 months later no refund and worse yet no company. The 1800# says BABC has been suspended by the FTC pending investigation, I suggest to go to the website (bayareabusinesscouncil.com roughly I don't think I will ever see the money that I am owed, folks the company needs to pay and be put out of business if any one has information on a class action suit please post it
