My wife was told that I already had a card and gave them MY Social Security #, Birthdate and A date that I had picked the card. All A LIE!!!
We were charged for the card and I argued them into getting a refund. We were told we would get one and that we just had to fill out a form. We filled it out and were then denied the refund.
Went through the Better Business Bureau and finally got them to agree to a Refund, and even got a Letter of Authorazation from the company.
The date we were supposed to recieve our credit, nothing... Waited a few days, Still Nothing... Now starts the law suit. Reported them to the FTC. I would advise that anyone who gets ripped off from them report them to the FTC as well.
