This company continues to call a business office and ask for a person who is not here and was never here. We all know the numbers are re-assigned, so you'd think they would get the hint.
After about three weeks of answering the phone and being hung up on, I finally was able to speak to someone. I informed this person there was no such person here and to please remove the number from their list.
After a week and a half more of them actually asking for the non-existant person, I called them, asked for the call to be recorded for quality purposes and lost my temper after being spoken to in a derrogatory manner. I was accused of knowing the person they asked for and trying to protect this person.
I've had enough. I've had more than enough.
