Since about two weeks we get harassing phone calls, multiple times a day at odd hours, in weekends and at office hours, on our business phone number by a Steve at Pinnacle Financial Group looking to collect on a person who does not reside here nor do we know his whereabouts.
Each time we tell him not to call again, but he contnues to do so. We keep our phone records of these calls and also our recordings of the messages he leaves.
Now we will be sending a certified letter to stop calling, unless he wants to pay the statutory fine and the attorney fees we will be claiming with him, plus the damages to our business (a C Corporation) for limiting accesibility by our customers. I can't wait to count the dollars!:-)
Any suggestions how we can make this collection agency pay even more for their carelessness?
Is it worth filing a complaint with the phone company? Or could they be blocked in some way?
