Okay on November 27th I approached T-Mobile to create an agreement to pay for my statement. The consultant in my experience to help make the cost having a check within the telephone and they'll approach it-like a money and it'll emerge on from the 30th of December that we mentioned ok. Well obviously they didn't deliver it to my lender before 12 of Dec and also the check returned... After I named them-and questioned why they did they kept it for such a long time I had been educated they delivered it to my lender about the 30th and my lender kept it for 12 times that was a rest... After I told them that I had been taking a look at my bank record also it suggests that they delivered it to my lender about the 12th of Dec I had been informed that well it had been stil my banks problem which i still needed to create the payment. And so I create the agreement to pay for the overdue stability and also the new stability in two funds. The repetition set it within the program. Okay about the evening I create the overdue cost the repetition request when may I create the cost for that new stability I advised her that I created an agreement to create that cost 2 weeks later and he or she informed the aged contract was erased which I'd two times to help make the cost or my telephone could be switched off". Being this may be the only telephone I've and utilize it for when my spouse calls from being used I had been pissed... I informed her used to donot possess the cash and that I couldn't create the payment she explained oh well we cannot create a fresh agreement which I had a need to create the cost... I advised her that it had been their problem plus they had a need to repair this and that I was informed in the future up using the cost... Obviously I can not pay the cost or may I manage to obtain from the agreement. I simply need them to acknowledge there error and aid repair my statement who do I keep in touch with being that I've previously keep in touch with a manger...
