We have never had to deal with such an unfair company.
First of all, in order to get through the Homecoming's customer service department, be prepared to wait a minimum of 1 hour on hold as customer service, apparently is not equipped to handle the call volume. Once you get through to an individual, they are not helpful and are not trained to answer the questions needed, don't care or just don't want to answer the questions.
Due to our monthly increase of our mortgage every month, my husband recently called the company asking them for refinance options or a way of working together in order to help us. They said there was nothing to do and we had to conform.
Our increase started in May. Our mortgage stsrted at $1800 per month and now has drastically increased to $2900. A total increae on over $1000 an month and only in 6 months. There will come a point where it will be impossible to continue to pay this, being that this is not our only property, and we will need to eventually foreclose, causing a great strain on our household.
It seems to be that Homecoming's job is to send their clients into foreclosures, so they can enjoy the rewards that their insurtance companies will grant them.
These people need to be stopped.
