Owes $30,000.00 Promissory Note and refuses to pay

William Bonney took a $30,000.00 check from me for which I have a Promissory Note enforceable in the state of Arizona. This is for his business called Legendary Solutions, Inc. Which is not even licensed to do business in Arizona. His other company, Innovative Property Solutions, Inc. Owns some property here in Arizona, but mainly his name and his wife's name appear on the real estate, not a corporation.

Just yesterday, William Bonney II his son who resides in Glendale Arizona, came to our place of business, alleging that "he no longer works for his Dad" or that "Dad cut him off" etc. Which in my opinion is a cover. What these people did not know when taking my money is that I am a Private Investigator, Skip Tracer. I've done everything by the law, and William Bonney Sr. And his wife Chantal Bonney fail to call me, they fail to write me a letter or even make a payment on the loan other then a few meager interest payments, thinking that this will keep them out of the courtroom.

They, like many company owners are led to believe that simply owning a company protects your assets from litigation. Their attorneys have misled them bigtime on this one, as this rule might only apply if I were doing business with a store who ran legitimately as 'a store'. Legendary Solutions, Inc. Is basically a "shell company" to launder money through, and this is where Mr. Bonney is going to get himself into hot water and quite possibly a huge IRS audit. He took money under a shell corporation based in Nevada, and seems to think that if he threatens to file bankruptcy with that individual company that he can basically "steal" my money and never have to pay it back. Mr. Bonney is dead wrong. I've done some digging and the man and his wife own millions of dollars in real estate in Arizona alone. They live in a home valued at over a half million dollars in El Cajon California. Their name is on their son's home, the son, William H. Bonney II along with his live-in girlfriend Jamie Lawrence are basically supported by Mr. Bonney Sr's money. He pays William to fix up homes, however William Bonney II is not a licensed contractor in the state of Arizona. He is very good at his work, however again, not licensed.

They have also employed and even housed illegal aliens as witnessed by me, down at a property at 4028 S 15th Street in Phoenix. I have been told by other people that their opinion is that the folks renting the apartments there may not even be legal citizens. The properties owned here in Arizona fail to come up as "registered rental properties" as per Maricopa County Tax Assessor's office which means hefty daily fines and collection of back-taxes owed.

I want people to know just who they are lending money to, and what these people are doing in the state of Arizona so brazenly, thinking that they are above the law, or can merely "buy their way" out of lawsuits. William Bonney II as far as records I've pulled has quite a history in Phoenix and Scottsdale traffic courts for multiple violations, and to me that doesn't speak well of anyone who wants to appear professional in business. This will also red-flag him and his parents, thus making my case even stronger against them. If they'd like to settle this debt with me, I'd be more than happy to post a rebuttal here showing that they did indeed keep their word and pay their debt.

If I hear that William Bonney II the son is at my place of business again, he will be asked to leave and he knows very well why. Until business is settled between myself and his father, I cannot trust another potential "lawbreaker" at my company. I'm viewing his presence as harassment in a way, because Will Bonney, II lives in Glendale and none of the properties his parents own are anywhere near my place of business. He had no reason being there yesterday, other than to cover for Daddy, and like always, be Dad's little puppet.

I've unfortunately had to cooperate with authorities against the Bonney's as far as their use of illegals on the work sites, and the fact that the son is not a licensed contractor. I can't lie for these people or cover for them anymore, especially when they've screwed me out of a large sum of cash. Eventually, nobody will lend to these people as this is going on their credit report, and I will keep their names at the top of the Google list until such date that this bill is paid.

Lesson to be learned for the Bonneys is that their reputation and credit will be shot over a small debt, thus ending their only income generating business of buying and selling houses. Channel 3 on your side will also be called so that this can be brought to public attention. Posts will continue to be made until the matter is resolved.
