I took a loan out with sjm and they were taking money out of my account. I had freeze my account due to someone stealing my checks. No someone claiming to be working with the state is calling me and my family members saying that they will file charges against me and have police come to my house and arrest me if i do not pay 580.00 on a 200.00 loan by 12:00 noon today. Can they arrest me
