Going to recive a master card i have not seen one yet ripoff

Capital frist said i would only have to pay them $19.95.
I end up paying them $59.95 $99.99 my checking acount was short, becouse they rip me off cousing me to have return checks.
I have been calling them allmost three month about putting my money back in the bank, all i get is the run around.
