Usa Credit Shopping Platinum Card offered a credit line of $7,500.00 requiring my ssn and bank iformation over the phone

USA Credit called my cell phone nbr and offered a special offer for a credit line of $7,500.00. They had all my information (cell phone, address and DOB). They requested my banking information, which stupidly I gave them. Then they asked for my SSN and that's when I became suspicious. I asked them to send me the offer in writing or via e-mail. They refused both.
While I had them on hold, I checked the credit card name on line and noticed
that it was listed on the complaint.
When I confronted them, they hung up.
I'm not sure if they can do anything without my SSN but they do have my banking account information.
Please advise if they're is anything I could do to stop them from further access to my information.
