GMAC sent my home for foreclosure. I find this out by rec'ing a professional notice from the orange from their lawyers office. I named GMAC to discover exactly what the issue was, they explained that I'd not compensated any mortgage repayments since April of 07, also it was today September 07. I'd been spending digital checks to GMAC. After calling GMAC often to obtain the correct out, and obtaining rude customer support and lawsuit workers about the telephone I'd to keep a lawyer of my own personal. GMAC today has discovered my funds however now states I've not been present since April of 07. Their customer support is terrible, this litigaion division has handled me just like a legal and my lawyer continues to be looking to get this correct out. Today GMAC wishes me to stay so I spend their lawyer costs... I don't believe so... They could not maintain some of their documents directly and those who have an issue such as this together, I would like to get together below, this really is unreal...
