Phone marketing rep called numerous times, I finally gave in and gave them a check by phone for $249.00 in early June. I received a book of things to order by mail, a CD on how to repair my credit and another application for a credit card for an additional $29.95.
The initial caller stated a $2000.00 credit line with a fixed 8% interest. After many, many calls I got through to them and they said they had changed their program so that we did not have to send the $29.95 BUT they had to send me another application.
I finally received it in August, CCPC P O BOX 935 Bel Air MD 21014. TO date, no card, no way to call them and I am out the $249.00. I sent an email to the TX Better Business Bureau and they said they did not govern out of state credit cards. What can we do?
