Just recently I called American Credit Solutions in response to a postcard I had received stating I had been approved for an unsecured platinum credit card with a 4,000 credit limit.
I agreed to let them remove 199.95 by phone check. I did a search online shortly thereafter and found this site. I quickly called my bank to cancel and they informed me the money had been removed already and there was nothing they could do. I have made several phone calls to American Credit Solutions and tried to cancel and have been given the run around.
They laughed at me and told me there was no way I was going to get my money back unless I could prove misrepresentation. I have since called my states Attorney General and they have forwarded my complaint to the attorney general in Hollywood, Fl who is handling these complaints.
They also sent the company a copy of my complaint and my demand for my money back.
