Last year I they sent me a letter stating my Flood Insurance was too low. They said my minimum had to be $182,00 to cover my loan. This year, they said my property was expired in July, when it didn't expire until Sept. Now they sent me a letter stating that my flood Ins. Again is too low.
I called them and asked what the minimum Flood Insurance is required for my home, and they said $182,00. But beings that I now have $200,00.in homeowners, I either need to lower my homeowners to match my Flood or increase my Flood to match my homeowners. I think it's time to re-finance through a reputable Mortgage Company
Keep in mind this is the same company that takes a week to process payments.
