Funds taken without permission

Ambassador Collection - The funds have been taken out without my permission. I have no clue who this company is nor did I ever give them access to withdraw funds from my account. This has caused several negativities on my account and I want this company sued and I want my money back. Once instance of over 265 dollars had been taken at one time.
