Two charges of $12.00 each unauthorized - called them - will not refund - wouldn't even give me an address to write letter until I asked for Supervisor - address is a PO Box in Irvine CA - sending a letter to them, Better Business Bureau etc.in CA. This is definitely fraudulent!
