They had promise the "best" service on credit card terminals but turn out to be a rip-off

I was convinced that they had the "state-of-the-art" of credit card terminal machines. It does look really nice and modern, but they only lease and don't sell... Prior to them, I had BofA for over 5 YEARS and NEVER had any problem... Sincxe I didn't have debit card included with BofA, I was (naive) convinced to sign this lease agreement with this company. I realize on the first month that something was not right the way I was sold. The promised payment of $115 p/month (with BofA it was $47.00) was really almost $160 because some hidden fees. On the third month the terminal was not accepting debit cards anymore and the "check authentication" terminal stopped working... After 2 months calling the company, I got the salesman to help me and the poor man stay over 3 hours in my store trying to follow the instructions by phone with the company. He didn't and gave up. Next day I did try but I was told that they would send another equipament. I was happy with that (that was my first time having problems with them) but my mood changed when I was informed that " We are not going to charge you for the equipment..." I was told. "i am sure you won't since it is YOUR equipment, I am leasing it..." I responded. Then I was told that they would only chatge $50.00 for S&H but I was cathegoric in sayng "no way". So, as a "courtey" the said they would not charge "at this time"... I advised that I would never pay anything since was their equipment with defect.

After over a month without the terminal (my sales were 75% through credit card) I finaly got the new terminal... Which work for few weeks when the check-authentication pad stopped working again. Less then a week the debit-card festured stopped working and another week was the credit-feature. I called again, eft message several times and nobody EVER called me back. I succeded to fix momentarily the credit-feature (never the debit or check pad) online, through the terminal. For about 2 month I worked only with the credit card feature paying more than 3 times what I used toay for the same service to BofA. Finally the credit card gave up totally and another 3 motnh passed without any response to my calls, to the company and to the rep. My sales plumeted to almost 0. Customers were upset and started going away. I stopped the authomatic payments and didn't take a week when I started receiving calls urging me to pay my "dues". The calls are recorded outgoig messages, nobody ever talk to you, they just leave message anytime of the day or night. The first time I talked with them I was told that I could not "brake" the contract and have to pay for 3 years. I said they were breaking the contract not performing the service but I was ignored. So, to charge you for past payments they are very efficient, calling more that 10 times a day. To fix problems they are never available or don't know how to do it but sending "new" equipment that fails shortly after... And being charged $50 every time...

Be careful with those offers of "better" crdit-card terminals, mainly from this companies - transtech, secur check puls lfg (lease finance group llc). They are associated in this ripoff.
