I had been Wachovia bank client for around three years now. Oneday a person consultant named me to describe the changes at Wachovia bank. I expected him to deliver me the files and stated I'll undergo them at spare time, he decided and we disconnected the telephone. 14 days late I obtain a notice from Wachovia lender declaring the charge card software continues to be declined.
I named Wachovia bank and requested them why did they make an application for a charge card without having my acceptance, they stated it had been an error and only thing-they may do is take away the request on my credit in the main credit agencyis... With no response from them... Each time I contact them, they state that they'll deliver a contact to consultant who's managing the situation, and he or she can get back again to me. But however no reaction.
If this is actually the situation just how can we actually trust banks...
