Trs home furn manager physically attacked me at my place of employment for being pastdue

In february of this year i was diagnosed with cancer i called all of my creditors before i was due to let them know i may get behind on my bill i let them know i would never run more than 30days past due i called trs spoke to [mark the manager] i called on the 3rd was not due untill 7th he refused to take my promise to pay said i was due when i was due ask if he could pick up the furinture. I hung up from that day the phone calls started even though i was not yet due. Thease people have called my boss. My friends, came to my home with the police to scare me. I finally gave up on a sunday i drug my things outside to the drive way told them to come get it two days later it was still there. I drug it back in. I refused to pay them anything after mark telling me he was going to have me arrested for theft. I have all of this on tape recording. They cloned my cell phone taking all my calls talking to everyone who called me. Mark even discussed my account with my supervisor and tryed to get him to pay this off for me.
The last straw i was at work a man came in screaming at my assistant asking her was she me i came into the room told him i was who he was looking for ask him to have a seat at my desk he refused. But in front of everyone in my office procedeed to talk about my account. I told him to leave he refused i went to open the door he grabbed me ripping my shirt off of me. My office called the police. He then let me go and ran out. Then turend and came back in to tell me he was calling the police to me. When the police got there he was arrested. We go to court on the 3rd fo this month i hope he shows up. He is still employeed there as the manager. I have filed complaints with all that will listen i want everyone to be verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry aware fo this company. Did i get past due yes i did and i take full responsibility but no one should be treated this way oh by the way allllllll of my other creditors were great in working with me. Because of my past pay history. I never was more that 30days past due.By may i was current with everything. Eeeeeeeexxxcept of course trs at gallery furniture in houston tx
