I was assulted by Neil Stanley Wolfe in my home. I told him to lower his voice and quit screaming at my roommate in a very quite and normal tone. Neil then turned around and grabbed my arm, threw me down on a glass table, threw me to the floor and repeatedly kicked me with his hard dress shoes. When Aurora police were called a report was filed but NO ARREST WERE MADE! I truely believe Neil brived the police (Reiter, and Byer #26). I was told if Neil was to be arrested my roomate and I would also be arrested because Neil told them we were drug users and dealers. My roomate told the officer to take me to the hospital. He said he couldn't because they had a police dog in their back seat and there was no room for me. We told him to bring in the dog to look for the drugs. He refused and left. I finally went to the hospital when my sister returned home and took me. While I was on the phone with my sister when Reiter and byer were at my home they would not let me talk to her to inform her what had taken place in her home. I was given cyclobenzaprine for pain. I woke up the next morning in a panic when I reached back and on the base of my head was a egg sized bump. I went to the hospital again and was told I'll be fine. I don't remember x-rays being taken at anytime.
My sister and I went to the Aurora police station again to get a copy of the report and to talk to another officer that my sister new well because of the nature of her job. One of the officers that was at my home when this happened threw us out and told us we do not have a case. I also tried to follow up with channel 8 news of Cleveland, Ohio. Again information was taken but nothing happened. I also called the prosecutor's office several times for about a month, I talked to a Cassie who said she would forward the information, left countless messages for the main prosecutor, Vic Vigalucci no return calls were ever received from him. I believe Rob Hagquist maybe an investigator for the Aurora police, called and talked to my roommate, sister, and me to no avail. This incident took place on March 13th (Friday) 2009. Nothing at all was ever done. I believe my memory lost and lost of hearing are a result of this incident. Neil will wine you and dine you, tell you his life story, help you anyway he can, he loves to lend money, the more the better. Then he will call and call you to remind you you owe him.in the mean time he will expect you to go out with him and will come over your house if you refuse. He gives no warning! If he wants to go out he will call and tell you your going out at the last minute and you better drop everything because you owe him! If you look up Neil, he has a record in about every county in Ohio. There have also been report of his business registered with the bbb, he also messed up a house of one of the members of my church. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
