I live beside the family dollar store on Col. Glenn Little Rock, Ar. 72204. When I first moved here last year 2008. It was in the summer of May. I went in put in an applications. I was ask to come back for an jop interview. The manager quit her job and promise me I would get the job. I was interview then reinterview the same day. The assistant manger who now the store manager told me we only hired black not white on full timer. They look at you as if you are shop lifting real nasty. They alway's on the phone so you can't use the debit. When I first moved here all there employes except one or two like to come over on to my property and open up my door. Scarying the h*ll out of me. I have complain to them. The only have one cashier open. I walked in the door was open I was told to get the h*ll out even though it was time to be open. They alway's want to know why you are buying the thing you buy. I never had any problem with family dollar before.
Last Sat. July 18. Family Dollar Store called the police and had my sister arrested because they called the police. My brother dog jump the fenced when they saw the employees trying to get my nephew. DHS has my nephew and I may never be able to get him back. My sister was charged with a felony. The door sticked so I don't think he open the door. Three days before. A telphone company guy who work for altel said that the store manager open my front door and try to snatched him. They got him to follow her down the stair toward the street. I should have called the police then. He said the store manger was over on to my propeerty and had snatched him before she could do something. I had looked up and saw throught hte window that she was on my property and that when I notice that he was missing.
Then police came banging on my door last sat. Was screaming at me and my sister. I called the store manager she said oh god when asked for the districted manager. When I contacted he firsted said they had no right to called the police and they had no business being onmy property. But then changed it around. Saying he was a police officers. Well if he a cop what he doing being a district manger. Why are there employees over at my house all the time. The guy cutting there grass said the store manger was looking through my window. Trying to open my door. My sister may lose her job. I need help.
