State Attorney - Mark Kohl - key West state attorney allows grand theft - does nothing because im not a local

State attorney mark kohl does nothing when local hotel commits grand theft. (if you research key west you will find many things like this going on). Even the florida fish and wildlife called there office direct. They are police agency that was on scene when hotel lied to their state police officers to obtain posession of my boat. They called about charges being filed mark kohls office refused. There is a local news paper in key west that reports wrong doings in city. (check it out)
