I have followed the directions on the letters sent by Credit Card Alliance to cancel the account. I get nothing by verbal abuse, lousy customer service, and inconsistency with the information shown on the letter. Without a doubt this company is a ripoff and should not be allowed to ripoff people. The company and its employees should be reprimanded for being verbally abusive to customers. All I wanted was to close the account and I have not been able to get this done without an argument. Please HELP!
